The Dream-Maker® offers the use of private properties leased to The Dream-Maker® and its pre-qualified clients. The properties range from large exceptionally extravagant estates (10,100 square feet to 20,000 square feet, excluding additional, surrounding landscape and grounds) to mini-estates (approximately 5500 square feet to 8000 square feet properties).

The Dream-Maker at Lake Tahoe has access to beautiful estates with panoramic lake views for your ideal estate wedding.

All estates and mini-estates have complete privacy and panoramic lake views. In accordance with the owner’s agreement with The Dream-Maker®, the names, addresses and exact location of these sites is strictly protected. Estate functions use only Dream-Maker® in-house service providers, i.e.: our entire team of talented, experienced wedding/event specialist, The Dream-Maker® celebrants, The Dream-Maker® Florist and The Dream-Maker® approved, pre-established vendor network of rental agencies for dance floors, chairs, linen, flatware, and china.

Estate weddings and receptions are available through the Dream-Maker at Lake Tahoe.

These magnificent properties are available through a signed, Dream-Maker® Client Contract Agreement. Presently, the hourly event coordination rate is $150.00 per hour. Total hours to organize weddings at estates/mini-estates varies. Site tours (also considered billable time) are arranged exclusively through The Dream-Maker® for The Dream-Maker® client. After touring larger properties for the wedding/ reception, The Dream-Maker® also accompanies clients to surrounding, smaller accommodations for their inspection and assessment. These additional condominiums, small homes and other rental units/facilities have proven to be extremely attractive ideas to relatives attending the various events, which usually accompany and follow the wedding and reception day.

It is the responsibility of The Dream-Maker® to pull all the magical wedding strings together. The Dream-Maker® uses its twenty–two years of event coordination experience to create estate owner/client/property manager contracts, as well as any such additional insurance liability contracts, hold harmless agreements etc. These types of functions do require a signed agreement amongst all parties involved, as well as numerous wedding/event planning hours provided by The Dream-Maker®. Wedding/event coordination retainers are required in advance and are paid to The Dream-Maker®.

Due to the nature of your wedding package, all payments paid the The Dream-Maker® and Dream-Maker's vendor network are nonrefundable. However, payments paid directly to The Dream-Maker® for Dream-Maker products and services are transferable to a new date up to one year from the original date booked. Perishable items (i.e. flowers, cakes) are rebooked at an additional expense to the client.
